From Houston

3. Turn right at light and head north on 1155.
4. Go through downtown Chappell Hill to stop sign.
5. Turn left at stop sign and go west to first right-hand turn (T-intersection of FM 2447 and Old Chappell Hill Road.
6. Turn right (north) onto Old Chappell Hill Road and head north.
7. Follow road past Masonic Cemetery and continue across bridge.
8. Pass through 4 S-curves.
9. First right hand turn after last S-curve is Pulawski School Lane—turn right (north).  

Follow ‘Wakefield Farms’ signs to the Electronic Security Gate.
11. Call 979.251.1459 for gate code to enter.

From Austin & Dallas

1. Take Interstate 35 highway South out of Dallas and travel to Austin.
2. At Austin, take the State Highway 290 exit East to Houston/Brenham.
3. You will travel through several small towns, one of which is Giddings. Proceed on to Brenham.
4. As you enter the outskirts of Brenham, you will approach a bypass exit ramp “290 East Houston”. (Visual markers include a gas station complex on both sides of the road).
5. Take this exit to your right and proceed to a stop light on 290 at State Highway 577 and continue on towards Houston on 290.
6. Proceed from the stop light 2.8 miles to Indian Paint Brush Road and turn left. (You will see a cluster of antique buildings with signs calling this cluster “Winkelmann, Texas’ as a visual marker for Indian Paint Brush Road).
7. Proceed North on Indian Paint Brush Road 1.8 miles to the stop sign at Old Chappell Hill Road. (You will see residences on all four quadrants of the intersection).
8. Turn right on Old Chappell Hill Road (East). Proceed 1.9 miles through one ‘S’ curve, over a concrete slab at a run-off point and through one last ‘S’ curve.
9. After the last ‘S’ curve, the first ‘T’ intersection is Pulawski School Lane. Turn left and proceed down the lane.

10. Call 979.251.1459 to receive the Gate code.

From San Antonio
